2026 Midterm Voter Information
Make SURE YOU’RE REGISTERED TO VOTE
Every registered California voter should receive a paper ballot in the mail by mid-October.
The deadline to register to vote in the November 3rd election is Monday, October 19th.
Haven’t received your ballot?
If you don’t receive your ballot by mid-October, it may mean you’re not registered or your ballot was lost.
Here’s what to do:
- Check your registration status and register to vote if you find you’re not a registered voter.
- Track your ballot to find out if it was sent.
- Request a replacement ballot if your ballot has been lost or damaged.
- Register to vote conditionally on Election Day if you miss the October 19th registration deadline. If you mail your voter registration form, it must be postmarked by October 19. To ensure it’s postmarked on time, take it to a post office and request a hand postmark.
